About Us |
|
The Kinship Writers Association was founded in 2008 by Jessica Dainty Johns and Erin E. Moulton. Jessica and Erin are cousins that hold MFA’s in creative Fiction and Writing for Children and Young Adults, respectively. Erin and Jessica understand that writing can be a solitary undertaking, but they also know that there is a strong bond between writers practicing their craft. Throughout workshops and retreats, Erin and Jessica discovered the emotion and vitality of the writing community—the writing family— and so they set out to create a hub to nurture this family close to home. This is it. Please drop by anytime to see the new workshops and retreats. We hope to see you soon.
